Welcome! I’m Kayla Baldwin, owner of RDH Success. I have been a hygienist for 12 years across three states, and absolutely love my career. I love the relationships that are built both with my dental team and my patients and genuinely helping people with their oral health. My goal as a dental hygiene consultant is to help YOU overcome burnout, feel happier at work, get paid more, find a new job or perhaps your first, feel confident, and most importantly remember why you became a hygienist in the first place.
